Simple & Easy Homemade Garam Masala




Ingredients:
1.       1 tbsp  coriander seeds
2.       1 tbsp Pepper Corns
3.       1 tbsp cumin seeds
4.       1 tbsp cloves
5.       2 tbsp fennel Seeds
6.       8 Star anise
7.       15 cardamoms
8.       4 Inch cinnamon stick
9.       2 Bay leaves


For Making Garam Masala:
1.       In a Kadai add all the above ingredients and dry roast it on very low flame until all the ingredients gets heated up slightly.
2.       Now transfer it into a plate and allow it to cool.

3.       Then transfer it into a mixer jar and make it into a fine powder.
Now easy homemade aromatic garam masala is ready to use.

Note:
1.    Don’t over roast it. If anyone of the ingredients gets burned you have discard it completely and need to make it again. 
2.    This garam masala can be used as biryani masala too.
