Instant Tiffin Sambar

This instant sambar is a very easy and quick  recipe  and the advantage is that no need to pressure cook dhal and no  tramind  pulp is required. You can serve it with any south Indian tiffin item.   Ingredients: 1.       3 tbsp sesame oil 2.        ¼ tsp mustard seeds 3.        ¼ tsp cumin seeds 4.        ¼  tsp fenugreek seeds 5.        1 sprig curry leaves 6.        15 small onions (Indian shallots) 7.        1 tomato, chopped 8.        ½ tsp turmeric powder 9.        Red chilli powder(Based on your spice level ) 10.    Salt to taste For the sambar masala: 1.         ½  tbsp sesame oil 2.         2 tbsp toor dal 3.         1 tbsp coriander seeds 4.         1 tsp cumin seeds 5.         ½  tsp fennel seeds 6.         ¼ Black pepper 7.         4-5 red chillies 8.         ¼  asafoetida (hing) 9.         1½ tbsp fresh shredded coconut For Making Sambar Masala: 1.        In a kadai  add ½  tbsp sesame oil Once the oil gets heated add
