Paneer Butter Masala
INGREDIENTS 1. 250 grams paneer 2. 1 medium onions (roughly chopped) 3. 12-15 cashew nuts 4. 3 medium tomatoes 5. 2 tbsp Butter 6. ¼ tps turmeric powder 7. Red Chili Powder(based on your spice level) 8. 1 tps Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(for colour) 9. ½ tps Garam Masala Powder 10. 2 tbps Fresh Cream (or) 3tbps boiled full cream milk 11. 2 tsp Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves) 12. Salt to taste 13. ½ tsp sugar Preparation of paneer butter masala : 1. Heat a pan by adding water.
