Multi Grain Dosa
Important caution: Millet is not a superfood for people having some health issues/allergies. So before consuming millet just consult a nutritionist/ a doctor. Here I followed the ratio that we use for making normal dosa. 5 cups grains and 1 cup black urad dhal. We all know that millet, red rice, red aval and black urad dhal have many health benefits and are good for people to maintain weight/ shed extra weight. Ingredients: 1. Broken Matta rice – 2 cup 2.
