Beginner’s Mysore Pak

  I thank my aunty (dad's sister) for teaching me this easy method. This is a beginner’s Mysore pak where you don’t have to take sugar syrup or roast the gram flour in ghee.   The ratio for this Mysore Pak : 1:2:1(1 Gram flour; 2: sugar;1: ghee) Cooking time: 10-12 minutes Ingredients: 1.      Gram flour- 1 cup(sieved) 2.      White Sugar-2 Cup 3.      Ghee-1 cup(melted) 4.      Water-1/4-1/2 cup   To Make Mysore Pak: 1.      A dd all the above ingredients to  a bowl   and mix well without any lumps . (flowing consistency) 2.        Transfer the mixture to the kadai and switch on the stove. 3.      Now without taking a hand stir continuously for 10 to 12 minutes on low flame. 4.      As shown in the picture the texture keeps changing gradually. 5.        When you see many small bubbles and holes in the mixture , then switch off the stove .
