Fried Gram Ladoo





This fried gram ladoo is one of my mom's best dishes and my favourite too. My mom makes this ladoo for every Krishna Janmashtami. I dedicate this recipe to my mom.

Ingredients:

1.       ½ Cup Fried gram / pottu kadalai powdered)
2.       ½ Cup Sugar(powdered)
3.       4 Cardamoms (crushed)
4.       3 tbsp ghee


For Making Fried gram Ladoo

1.       In a mixer jar separately powder the fried gram and sugar.

2.       Now combinedly sieve the powder and mix it well and keep it aside.
3.       Heat the kadai on low flame by adding 3tbsp of ghee.
4.       Once the ghee is heated add crushed cardamoms and powdered fried gram & sugar mixture. 
5.       Now fry it well until the entire mixture gets heated up evenly on all sides.

6.       Now turn off the stove and with that heat itself make that mixture into small (or) medium size balls.
Now yummy fried gram ladoo is ready to serve.


Note:
1.       If u have any lumps in that mixture break it before making balls. 
2.       Only with that heat if u make balls it will be tight and will not break easily.
