Macaroni Sweet Corn Cutlet




Ingredients:

1.       1 Medium size potato (boiled & mashed )
2.       ¼ Cup sweet Corn (boiled & coarsely ground)
3.       ½ Cup small size macaroni (boiled)
4.       1tbsp sweet corn
5.       ¼ tsp garam masala (homemade)
6.       ¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
7.       ½ tsp red chilli powder 
8.       ½ tsp coriander powder
9.       1 ½ tsp gram flour
10.   3 tbsp breadcrumbs
11.   Salt to taste

 For Making Macaroni Sweet Corn Cutlet:

1.       In a mixing bowl add mashed potato & coarsely ground sweet corn & mix it well.

2.       Now add
·         ¼ tsp garam masala (homemade)
·         ¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
·         ½ tsp red chilli powder 
·         ½ tsp coriander powder
·         1 ½ tsp gram flour
·         3 tbsp breadcrumbs
·         Salt to taste
                And mix it well.

3.       Finally, add boiled macaroni and 1tbsp sweet corn & mix it gently to make it a rough dough.

4.       Now take medium size ball from the dough and flatten it to the shape of the cutlet.

5.       Using oil you can either deep fry (or) shallow fry the flattened pieces until it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Now yummy Macaroni Sweet Corn Cutlet is ready to serve as evening time snack/starter.    



Note:
1.       Adding breadcrumbs is to remove the excess water (or) moisture content in the dough. So based on the need adjust the amount of breadcrumbs.
