Mutton Chest Bone Soup / Nenju Elumbu Soup




Health Benefits of Mutton Chest Bone Soup:

Ingredients:
1.       250 Grams mutton chest bones & some flesh (washed)
2.       7 small onions (Roughly Crushed)
3.       8 Garlic cloves (Roughly Crushed)
4.       2 Inch ginger (Roughly Crushed)
5.       1 tbsp pepper cumin powder (freshly crushed)
6.       ½ tsp fennel seeds
7.       ¼ tsp turmeric powder
8.       1 Sprigs curry leaves
9.       Few coriander leaves
10.   2 Cups water
11.   Salt to taste


For Making Mutton Chest Bone Soup:
1.       In a pressure cooker add all the above said Ingredients and pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistle (or) till the mutton cooks well.


2.       Once the pressure is released strain the soup and add 3 to 4 mutton pieces in it (or) as you wish.
Now very healthy and flavorful mutton chest bone soup is ready. Serve it hot by adding some pepper powder if needed.


Note:
1.       Don’t use any fat portion for making soup.
2.       Don’t add oil because mutton naturally has some fat content in it.
