Noodles cutlet:

Ingredients for Noodles Cutlet Recipe:

1.    Noodles boiled 250 grams
2.    Boiled potato 1 cup
3.    Refined flour (Maida) 2 tablespoons
4.    Sweet Corn ¼ cup
5.    Green peas ¼ cup
6.    Grated cheese ¼ cup
7.    Black pepper powder ¼  teaspoon
8.    Chilli powder  (based on your spice level)
9.    Garam masala ½ teaspoon
10.  Salt to taste
11.  Breadcrumbs as required
12.  Oil 1 teaspoon

To boil:

1.    Boil 250 grams of noodles for 2 to 3 minutes in hot water (Before boiling just break the noodles into medium length).
2.    Boil 2 potatoes in the pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Mash and keep it aside.
3.    Boil green peas and sweet corn for 5 minutes in a pan by adding water. Drain the water and keep the corn and peas aside.  

For making cutlet:

1.      In a mixing bowl add the below Ingredients  
Boiled noodles
Mashed potato
Sweet corn
Green peas
Black pepper powder
Chilli powder
Garam masala powder
Salt
Grated cheese 

2.     Mix all the above ingredients. If u find the mix soggy, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maida to  make it tight enough to make balls.
3.      In a separate bowl add some maida and water and make it into a semi-thick paste. 
4.   Take one ball and dip it in this paste. Ensure that the ball is fully coated with the paste
5.      After coating in maida batter, coat it with breadcrumbs.
5.    Now the ball is ready to be fried in oil or in the tawa for shallow frying.
6.    Fry until colour turn to golden brown.

Your yummy noodle’s cutlet is ready. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
