Homemade Tamarind Pulp ( can store for a month)

Ingredients: 1.     250gm tamarind 2.     lukewarm water For making tamarind pulp: 1.   In a medium bowl soak 250gm tamarind for  1 hour  by adding lukewarm water.   2.   Add the water till all the tamarind soaks. 3.   After 1 hour just add another half to 1 cup of lukewarm to the tamarind.  and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. (in the cooker just place the bowl in which tamarind is soaked. Need not to transfer to the cooker and pressure cook). 4.   After 2 whistles switch off the stove and immediately release the pressure of the cooker and open it and take the bowl out and allow it to cool. 5.   Now into a cup strain the water which is on the top of the bowl.
