Ø   Occasional anxiety is part of normal life. Ø   But when in extremes, it is a type of mental health condition where one responds with extreme fear and dread about everyday situations. Identifying a red flag in a relationship is something very important and many times goes unnoticed. Red flags are warning signs that indicate unhealthy behavior. In the beginning it may look harmless, but in the long run, it could be a problem.
